Our Honesty Pledge: Why We Refuse to Mislead You

The AI industry has a credibility problem. Scroll through any AI company's website and you will find claims like "10x your revenue," "500% ROI guaranteed," and case studies that seem too good to be true — because many of them are.
We decided to build Aditya Labs differently. This post explains our approach to honesty in marketing, product claims, and customer communication — and why we believe it is a competitive advantage, not a weakness.
The Problem with AI Marketing Today
A 2025 survey by Salesforce found that **76% of customers** say they would stop doing business with a company they caught being dishonest. Meanwhile, Gartner research indicates that trust is the number one factor in B2B technology purchasing decisions.

What Our Honesty Pledge Means in Practice
### 1. No Fabricated Case Studies
We will not publish a case study until we have a real customer who has agreed to share their real results. If a customer asks to remain anonymous, we will say so. We will never invent a "Dr. Smith's Dental Practice" or "ABC Real Estate" with imaginary numbers.
**What we publish instead:** Published research from Harvard Business Review, InsideSales.com, NAR, and other credible sources that demonstrates the general impact of faster response times and 24/7 availability on lead engagement. We clearly label these as third-party research, not our customer data.
### 2. Honest Limitations
Every product page and template on our site includes a clear statement of what the AI agent **cannot** do. Our dental template, for example, states that the AI never attempts to diagnose conditions and never stores Protected Health Information.
We believe this builds more trust than hiding limitations in fine print.
### 3. Transparent Pricing
Our pricing page shows exact numbers. No "contact sales for pricing" on the plans most businesses will use. No hidden fees. No usage-based surcharges that surprise you at the end of the month.
Enterprise customers with custom requirements can contact us, but for the vast majority of businesses, the price you see is the price you pay.
### 4. Research-Backed Claims Only
Every statistic on our website includes a source. When we say "78% of customers buy from the first business to respond," we cite the original research. When we reference response time data, we link to the Harvard Business Review and InsideSales.com studies.
If we cannot find a credible source for a claim, we do not make the claim.
### 5. Real Product Capabilities
Our AI agents use GPT-4o-mini. They are good at structured tasks: answering FAQs, qualifying leads, collecting appointment requests, and providing business information. They are not good at handling emotionally complex situations, providing professional advice (legal, medical, financial), or replacing the human relationships that drive customer loyalty.
We say this openly because it helps you decide where AI fits in your business — and where it does not.
Why Honesty Is Good Business
We are not doing this purely out of principle (although that matters to us). Research consistently shows that transparency drives business results:
When your competitors inevitably get caught inflating metrics (and they will), we want our customers to already know that we are the company that told the truth from day one.
What You Can Expect From Us Going Forward
1. **Real customer data when we have it.** We launched recently. When we have enough data to publish meaningful results, we will — including the failures and the learnings.
2. **Honest blog content.** No clickbait, no sensationalism, no claims without sources. Our content will tell you what the research says and let you draw your own conclusions.
3. **Clear product communication.** If something does not work as expected, we will tell you. If a feature has limitations, we will document them.
4. **Responsive support.** When you have a problem, we will acknowledge it honestly and work to fix it — not hide behind scripts or deflection.
