Choosing the Right AI Agent Plan: An Honest Buying Guide

Most SaaS companies design their pricing pages to push you toward the most expensive plan. They grey out features on lower tiers, add artificial limits, and make the cheapest option feel inadequate. We think that is a short-sighted strategy that leads to unhappy customers and high churn.
We would rather you choose the plan that genuinely fits your business today. If you grow into a higher tier, great. If Free works for you for the next two years, that is also great. A customer on the right plan stays longer and refers more people than a customer who was upsold into something they did not need.
Here is our honest recommendation framework.
When Free Is Enough
**Price:** $0/month
Honestly right for you if:
**What you get:** One AI agent, basic customisation, our standard knowledge base system, and community support.
**What you do not get:** Multiple agents, advanced analytics, priority support, or custom branding.
**Our honest take:** Free is a genuine product, not a crippled demo. If your volume is low, Free may be all you ever need, and we are fine with that. We would rather have a happy free user who tells colleagues about us than a frustrated paying customer who churns in two months.
When Growth Makes Sense
**Price:** $49/month
Honestly right for you if:
**What you get:** Multiple AI agents, advanced analytics, custom branding, knowledge base, and guided industry setup.
**Our honest take:** Growth is our most popular plan for a reason — it hits the sweet spot for most small businesses with established web traffic. However, if you are not consistently hitting the limits of Free, upgrading will not magically generate more leads. The value of Growth comes from serving more volume and gaining better insights through analytics.
When Business Is Right
**Price:** $99/month
Honestly right for you if:
**What you get:** Everything in Growth, plus higher volume capacity, team collaboration features, integration support, and priority phone support.
**Our honest take:** Business is designed for established operations with real scale needs. If you are a single-location business with moderate traffic, Growth almost certainly covers you. We do not want you paying $99 when $49 does the job.
When Agency Tiers Fit
**Price:** $297-$497/month
Honestly right for you if:
**What you get:** Multi-client management, white-label branding, client-specific analytics, bulk pricing, and dedicated account support.
**Our honest take:** These tiers exist specifically for agencies. If you are not managing agents for multiple clients, these plans offer no additional value over Business. The per-client cost at agency tiers is lower than buying individual plans, but only makes economic sense if you have enough clients to justify the base price.
When Enterprise Is Overkill
**Price:** $999/month
Honestly right for you if:
**Our honest take:** Most small businesses do not need Enterprise. If you are reading this blog, you probably do not need it either. Enterprise exists for organizations with genuine scale and compliance requirements. We will never try to convince a 10-person company that they need Enterprise features.
**Signs you might actually need Enterprise:** You have a legal team reviewing vendor contracts. You need SOC 2 compliance documentation. You have more than 100 employees who will interact with the platform. If none of these describe you, a lower tier is almost certainly the right fit.
Signs You Should NOT Upgrade Yet
This is the section most SaaS companies would never publish. Here are honest indicators that you should stay on your current plan:
The Bottom Line
According to research published by OpenView Partners, the best-performing SaaS companies maintain monthly churn rates below 3%. One key factor in low churn is helping customers choose the right plan from the start. Customers who feel they are on the wrong plan — either overpaying for features they do not use or hitting limits they did not expect — are significantly more likely to cancel.
We publish this guide because we believe honest plan recommendations lead to longer, happier customer relationships. If you are unsure which plan is right, email us at hello@adityalabs.ai and we will give you an honest recommendation — even if that recommendation is to stay on Free.
