These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aditya Labs platform operated by B Mohan, trading as Aditya Labs, based in Watford, United Kingdom.
By accessing or using the Aditya Labs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Aditya Labs ("we", "us", or "our").
Aditya Labs is a trading name of B Mohan, operating as a sole trader based in Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
Aditya Labs provides a platform for creating, deploying, and managing AI-assisted customer operations, including AI agents, workflow tooling, knowledge bases, analytics, and related features.
Aditya Labs is designed for authorised, human-supervised customer operations. It helps teams coordinate workflows, respond faster, and keep clear records, but it does not replace human judgment. Outputs, recommendations, and automations may be incomplete, delayed, or mistaken and must be reviewed by authorised personnel before reliance in legal, financial, operational, security, or customer-impacting contexts.
Human review is required before any action that may materially affect production systems, customer data, regulated workflows, billing, external communications, access permissions, or legal rights.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, approvals, and legal bases for the systems, data, and workflows they connect to the service, and for reviewing outputs before use in consequential contexts.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Growth currently includes a 14-day free trial. Refund requests for paid plans are reviewed under these Terms and any applicable checkout or order terms; we do not promise automatic refunds in every case. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aditya Labs. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including agent configurations and knowledge base entries.
AI agents created through our platform generate responses and recommendations using artificial intelligence. You remain responsible for configuring, reviewing, and monitoring your agents and workflows.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliability and continuous improvement, but we do not represent that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed contract, Aditya Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in our terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law and the agreed contract, we limit our liability to the extent permitted, but we do not disclaim responsibilities that the law makes non-excludable.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Each party shall bear its own costs. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aditya Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
